Additions to admin commands and rcon

Alright guys request thread for admin commands and the new rcon.

1. /demote : ability to demote players from admin
2. /color RGBA : instead of choosing one of the defined colors I'd like to be able to do the RBGA
3. /color <server> : For some reason the server color was black and I haven't found a way to change it. Would like to be able to
4. /ban <player> <time> <reason> : Ban the player for a x amount of time

That's all I can think of for now. Feel free to add on to it.

Preferably swap reason and time, just to be safer for parse errors or human mistakes.

Please may we have a console command for admins to load a save from the server autosave and/or personal save game.

And also to force the server to autosave at a particular point.

It would also be useful to list the last 5 available autosaves with date/timestamps.

On one of the servers I play on we have just lost an entire evening's construction work because the server crashed, and for some inexplicable reason rolled back to a 3 hour old autosave instead of the one it autosaved 10 minutes previously!
