More Oil Tech

One frustration is that it didn't matter how many pump jacks I had going, I could never get to the point (so far) where I had lots of incoming oil.

-advanced electric pump jacks
-an entire new system of buildings to add steaming of wells and pump out more oil
-advanced drills and rigs to get more production
-need a way to store and transfer any by-product besides pipelines
-oil specific robots to transfer products at later stages of the game
