Multiplayer marker function
I have done a search on this, not sure if I used the correct search term, I am so Sorry if this has been suggested multiple times.
Would be great to have a way of placing down a radar blip on other peoples screen. would be great to quickly zoom out, ctrl click on the ground and it would show a marker for 5~ seconds
Player 1 wheres the wood chest
Player 2 Over by the ore smelters (there are quite a few tbh)

Player 2 Dusts off shotgun.

Yes it would be useful to be able to ping in the map
In some games this is "Ping Alert Shortcut" (G key)

indeed a good idea, wanted to start a topic but I saw you started
Also, i think that maybe you can ping to mark a target for you turrets/robots.
For example you want the turrets to focus a big worm and you will destroy a biter base at the same time.

So the devs are aware of the requests already.

And for the forum users to see: Well. there are so many other good ideas about my topic, mine is just the tip on an iceberg. Or: if we implement my suggestion, that other suggestion won't work, but I like that also; but if we change it like so, both ideas would be possible.
But I guess, many of the devs look into it, cause I would; it's nearly impossible to oversee the links I already put in all the threads and if anybody does a thoroughly research on that topic he will surely find that, cause it contains all the keywords.

(multiplayer) pinging to show where your looking

one suggestion for multiplayer would be allow pinging, like you do pinging in a multiplayer RTS via the minimap but pinging to show where your looking.
just a quality of life thing, nothing important.
