Broadcast messages in Headless server

It would be good to be able to broadcast messages to players when they are connected to the dedicated servers. This is useful if the server is going down or there's a need to communicate en mass to a group of players.

"/say Server going down in 10mins"

Or something like that.

Most other headless servers have such a thing, so... why not factorio?

I approve of this idea.
