Function for Party-Play / multiplay

Last night, I play Factorio with friends. but there are very poor function for party-play.
after finished built factory, That's not my imagine factory. I thought there were not function for good party play.
So I have some ideas for party play.

1. Temporary mark on map
If I click some point on map. it will be bright spot and sign to friend. and they will be understood. what i pointed.

2. Memo plate in game
I want to show and explain some text to other people. also I forgot some time. size is double time turret. many size are better
ex) " iron plate , here! " , " Don't touch this box "

3. construction area ( Mark some area )
I just to tell them. you can make steam generator at here !. and I will mark area border.

4. voice chat
Maybe we could use other voice chatting program. but If Factorio have own voice chat, it will be better. because I dont want to put temporary people in my voice chat list.
