Planning tool

I would like to suggest some kind of planning or design tool with which I could draw some kind of a scheme or a plan of my base/production line/transport junction on the surface. It is possible to put/take structures and do some kind of planning this way. But it is pretty hard to do a bigger scale planning. And you might not have a lot of resources to "draw" with the actual structures. You've got to keep your ideas in mind all the time =(.

For now, it would be interesting to draw with a piece of coal. But black color is not the best choice. A piece of chalk would be nice. The set of crayons - is perfect. It would be nice to have some drawing primitives (e.g. line, square, circle...)
