Robot Dropoff

Allow logistic request of "Active Logistic robot" and "Active construction Robot" which causes that number of deployed or currently internal robots to immediately drop what they are doing (place items in storage chest) and drop themselves in the corresponding inventory.

The purpose of this is to make it easier to collect a bunch of robots when leaving for a new location, rather than having to locate all the roboports and removing them manually.
