When I look at any of those three terms my first thought is that those are conditions required to create said item. In reality, only "Crafting" refers to this, and both "Construction" and "Buildable" are used in other places to refer to the conditions of placement.
The terms "Construction" and "Buildable" are using in different places to mean the same thing, and they both have connotations to the idea of crafting. I suggest that these terms are replaced with "Placement" in order to more clearly distinguish at a glace what the conditions are actually for, placement or creation.
Crafting/Construction/Buildable are easily confused with each other

But yes, I totally agree with you, and I'm never quite sure what construct or build mean.
