Changing quality of item in "Set orbital request" should not reset the planet source

TL;DR

What?

When one makes a new orbital request, select an Item, select a planet source, end then want to edit it, to select a different rarity of the item, it reset the planet source.

it is already really annoying having to set the planet source for each individual item, which I covered here:

Have to re-select it again because you change the item rarity is even worst.
It does not reset the planet when one changes the number of items, changing quality shouldn't change it as well.

Why?

It is really terrible having to keep re-selecting the source planet every single time, especially when you already have made the selection before.
It is a really bad implementation that just make the game worst without any good side effect.

I would even throw this as a bug, but I'm sure it will be marked as not a bug, so suggestion it is...
