signal sharing between planet and orbit

TL;DR

Allow radars to share signals between planet and orbit.

What?

I think there should be a way to communicate to/between platforms.
I suggest adding a radar UI to select where the signal is shared or adding a dedicated satellite dish with UI.

the UI should offer options like these settings/channels:

• local: share signal with others on the same surface.
• shared: share signal with others on the planet and platforms orbiting the planet.
• global: share signal with others regardless of location.

they should only share their signal with other of the same setting.
global sharing might be a bit much though.

Why?

because it allows for far more automation and fiddling with circuits

Definitely agree. It's so annoying to have to work around this by sending items from platforms down to the surface, and even worse if you have to send a rocket up just to signal it from the surface.
