TL;DR
Add settings to control each planet's enemies separately.
What?
Move Pollution from the Advanced view to the Enemy view as this is what it's actually relevant to. Meanwhile, rather than having a setting for enemy bases on Gleba/Nauvis and all other settings global, split them up so that every planet can be configured separately, perhaps tabs for the different planets.
Why?
The Enemy tab offers a few settings for enemies, but they are not as detailed as I would like. In particular I'm less interested in the enemies on Gleba and Nauvis, but more interested in Demolishers on Vulcanus. However there's no way to turn off biters but turn on Demolishers. There's several other things you can't set as well, like turn on pollution/evolution on Nauvis but not on Gleba. This way it should be possible for the player to experience different gameplay on different planets which is much more within the themes of SA.
