being able to place quality flooring tiles ghosts

i think it would be useful to be able to use quality flooring not only with hands from inventory
but as ghost entities too
ghost tiles will have quality tag next to them but when placed become normal floor
that would be very useful to space platforms as you cant place quality platfroms manually
