"Fuel" display on heating tower makes temperature hard to read

If you mouse hover the Heating tower to read the temperature while fuel is rapidly being inserted and burned, the "Fuel:" in the "Consumes Burnable fuel" section continually appears and disappears, moving the text below. "Fuel" should always be visible and remain empty or say "none" when there is no fuel.
