Inserters and disabled by logic machines

TL;DR
Make inserters do not input ingridients in disabled (by control cicuit) machines (Assembling machines, chemical plants, oil refineries, biochambers etc.)




Why?
Now turned off biochambers are still filled with ingridients by inserters They get spoiled, then replaced with new, etc, wasting resourses.
I understand I can turn off inserters instead. But of course I can in any situation turn off inserters filling a machine instead of turning off a machine. I think if the option of turning off a machine is added, I don't supposed to think of something else when I want to just turn off a machine.

Also, it would be nice if turned off machine finished crafting before stopping. Just like inserters, they do one cycle even iof turned on in a one tick. Because I realized that an item begins to spoil even before it's crafted. And because if I try to make a machine craft exact amount of items reading 'recipe finished' signal, thanks to 1 tick delay of combinators machine begins to craft another one and stops mid-crafting. After turning on later produces spoilage.
