[SA 2.0.11] Option to hide Last User in detail view

The "Last User" item in the item detail popup isn't typically useful information in a single player game. It would be helpful to have the option to hide this clutter. This is an incredibly dense view, and every simplification helps.

Yes please. This is absolutely a waste of space in single player. Total clutter. Also my username is annoying and I didn't expect to see it in game. Please let me hide it.
