Scale warning icons

TL;DR

The warning icons (e.g. for missing power) can be annoyingly large. Give us an option to scale them and/or downscale them when zoomed in.

Here's how the warnings currently look:

Those icons obscure a lot of the entity they warn about. It would be nice to either have the option to set a scaler for them, or (better yet) scale them down as we zoom in.

Why?

Working on nontrivial circuits is hard enough as it is. It is unnecessarily complicated by the huge warning icons that obscure combinators' settings and make it harder to follow the rat's nest of wires.

There really is no need for these icons to be so huge. In a zoomed out view, the size is fine: you do want the icon to be visible even in a bird's eye view, and you're not working on circuits fully zoomed out. But as you zoom in, these icons could shrink relative to the size of the entity they cover while still conveying their information.
