[2.0] Add option to rename a train stop within the interrupt

What?
Add option to edit the interrupt destination train stop name, same as with the "(Not) on a train stop" condition.
Why?
Common use case for the parameterized interrupts is:
  1. Add interrupt condition
  2. Select the "[item=iron-ore] Ore Unload" train stop from the list
  3. Attempt to rename it to the "[virtual-signal=signal-item-parameter] Ore Unload" and fail it due to lack of ability
  4. Manually input "[virtual-signal=signal-item-parameter] Ore Unoad"
  5. Make a typo in the train stop name
  6. Add new train stop "[virtual-signal=signal-item-parameter] Ore Unload" and copy all conditions
  7. Delete the previous train stop
  8. Wish for this change
  9. Add physical train stop "[virtual-signal=signal-item-parameter] Ore Unload" so it can be selected from the list
Also, for the interrupt condition, this is the case and you can rename a train stop -- you can even rename it after selecting but before confirming.
