2.0 logistics requests: add new line button

TL;DR

Please could you replace the right most button on the bottom line of the new logistics interface with a + button for adding a new row?

What ?

In the new interface, if you want a new row, you need to add an item into the final box of the grid. This means that if you prefer to keep them organised and have different types of things on different rows, you need to add an extra item, simply to delete it again after adding stuff to the new row.

For example:

To get this layout, I needed to add in then remove an item on the bottom right slot 3 times.

If there was an add new row button here (red +), then it would keep the same functionality, but make it easier to have neat layouts.

Why ?

Makes the interface easier to keep organised.
