TL;DR
The idea is to use the existing logic network system to create minigames. What ?
The idea would be something like this: There is a network input on one end, and a desired outcome on the other end, you must build the eletric contraption in the middle to transform one into the other. By using the existing logic network system, people would be able to learn more advanced ways to use it in an incremental and controlled environment. The game could also be modified further to include more life like eletrical panel tools such as logical gates such as "and", "or", "nor", "xor" or add other mechanics such as a ticker wire to handle larger currents, circuit breaks, etc...
Why ?
I believe this would be an interesting novelty to attract people's attention towards the game, as well as potentially being a teaching tool for an underused part of the game, and maybe even a teaching tool for real life eletric panel construction. If the logic system is expanded, this could be an interesting addition to popular mods such as space exploration and krastorio, or even the main game to have more tools for complex logic operations.
For a game that already have such system implemented, it feels natural to take this step. This idea was even already implemented, but focusing on belts and inserters.
