Boot game load save, then PAUSE the game with single button

You can launch specific save by launching with the command
--load-game FILE

I miss the option of making the game PAUSED after loading, or automatically pressing ESCape.

Use case: Click play on Steam, go away. Return to the loaded game ready to play instantly.

My loading time after restarting the game:
1m3s to boot game
1m18s to load game
total of 2m22s, if I click at the perfect time
But it feels like 5 min, because I have to sit there...
