Shortcut to navigate 1 level up out of blueprint books

Add a shortcut to navigate to the containing blueprint book.

Currently there are 3 keys, all of which do the same (goes to the blueprint library top level):

• ESC
• E
• B

I suggest making one of them go up one level. It could be a configurable shortcut.

Related suggestion: automatically return to the containing book after deleting a book, just like with blueprints.
