Add a paste button on the import blueprint dialogue

Post by BenSeidel »

Hi,
The Import Blueprint String dialogue box should have a paste button to mirror the Export Blueprint String dialogue box.

But a copy button.png

It would help is symmetry and prevent me from having to take my hand off the mouse to press ctrl+V (Dvorak keyboard, and not re-bindable).
Another suggestion is to make the import button automatically copy and import the contents of the clipboard if the text box is empty, or have an "import from clipboard" to remove the paste step as it's practically impossible to edit the text except to paste an entire new contents.

I +1 the original suggestion
But I'm not fond of the automatic filling with the clipboard content upon display. I want to control what is displayed on my screen at any time.

I would rename the “copy” button to “insert clipboard”, because with “copy” I understand it as “copy the content into the clipboard “.
Cool suggestion: Eatable MOUSE-pointers.

In (Microsoft) English, the opposite of "copy" is "paste".
