I love to put huge numbers of turrets behind my walls but often find myself wanting to space them evenly, but doing so manually take significantly longer than just autoplacement. I would love to be able to set the autoplacement (click and hold to place things) to skip a set number of tiles.
For example set the number to one and the item would be placed every other tile instead of every tile. I hope something like this would be made as an extension of the existing power cable autoplacement.
Speaking of which the ability to set the power autoplacement to place power poles closer together to completely cover an area instead of spreading them out as much as possible would be extremely helpful.
Thanks for creating such an amazing game! I hope my suggestion is received favorably and wouldn't be too difficult to implement.

Well yeah, but I usually want to set up stuff like this long before I get drones.SHiRKiT wrote:1. Make robots

Being able to equally space things quickly and easily seems like a very helpful kind of feature in a game based on automating away boring tasks.
