Alt-click in map view should open buildings' pages instead

Using the "open Factoriopedia" keybind (default Alt-Lclick) while in map view will always pull up the tile clicked on. It never opens up anything else, only tiles. I think it would be much more useful if used on a building, it pulled up that page instead. It does make sense that it works how it does outside of radar'd chunks, but if I'm able to zoom into the area to see the building itself, it would be a lot more useful if it grabbed the feature in map view instead, such as buildings and enemy spawners.
