Logistic Request Order/Convenience Suggestion

Creating logistic requests should allow you to select the item first even if you already have a request for that item. They should only stop you if you don't choose a different quality.

That would be nice imo , because it would make setting a new request always something from top to bottom regarding which fields to configure in the GUI. Instead of having to click something at the bottom ( the quality) beforehand. And then doing a top to bottom with the gui.
