[QOL] Personal discharge defence remote should show the amount of charges when held in cursor

What titles says. Since the PDD remote isn't an item any more and you can just grab it from the shortcut button (or press the shortcut), it'd be nice to not need to place it in the hotbar to see how many charges you got.
