Biolabs on Space platforms

FFF-431 states that Biolabs can only be built on Nauvis because: "Biolab can be used only on Nauvis as the organism inside would die on other planets" per https://www.factorio.com/blog/post/fff-431

But this is no longer the case as biters survive and regenerating on space platforms viewtopic.php?t=118845

Biolabs should now be able to be built on Space platforms.
My reasoning is that all planets should be able to contribute to research late/end-game and not just Nauvis which will make multiplayer more fun if this is allowed in vanilla Factorio.
