Recycler Tooltip Unclear

The recycler has two actual functions: It can reverse a recipe returning 25% of the materials, or it can reduce the input of material to 25% of the input, depending on what is fed in.

Currently the Recycler tooltip, the primary way of reading the functionality of a machine or item, reads:

"The recycler reverses most processes except smelting and chemistry, returning 25% of the ingredients on average. Fluid ingredients are not regained."

This describes only the first function, but also implies the second function is not possible and that those smelting and chemistry items have zero use whatsoever with a recycler. Please, adjust this so that it is clear that anything *CAN* be fed into the recycler, and there is a difference in behaviour depending on what is fed. Yes, this is present in the factoriopedia, but I feel that is too hidden for what is a fairly essential piece of functionality with these.
