[2.0.13 SA] Display platform available quantity in quickbar

[Improbability]

In the platform map view, none of the quickbar items reflect the quantity stored on the platform. I know that building is more abstract in this mode, but it is helpful in general to know how many items are available to place, and that goes extra for the inventory-limited platform environment. Building at the platform level is already somewhat confusing due to the forced ghost cursor, and better quickbar support would help.
