Add probability of each resulting quality to the info window

Since recipes now have to be set with a fixed quality, it's now possible to know ahead of time exactly what the probability is for each resulting quality.

This should be included on the info window under the map where all the other stats are whenever quality modules are inserted (even if it's <=0% due to quality+speed modules), which would help remove a lot of confusion on how quality works as I see people getting confused regularly on Discord.

I'd suggest putting it directly below the part that shows the rate of consumption and production, seems like a good spot.

I'd like to see a probability breakdown directly above or below the "Quality: +2%" line.

This is wrong and exactly why I want the probabilities of each quality listed, it would prevent confusion.
