Allow higher quality rocket fuel for rocket silo recipe

Hi, I understand why quality mixing is not allowed for regular recipes, but can we please get quality mixing for the rocket crafting recipe at silo? There is no higher quality rocket, so there are limited ways to get rid of it (although rocket that could lift more than 1 ton with higher quality ingredients would be nice).

I have thousands of quality rocket fuel on Fulgora and no way to use them. I know I can ship it to different planet, but I have so many of them that there is no way to use them all, plus they keep getting generated by the recyclers. No other way to use the quality solid fuel than to burn it, or make rocket fuel.

Or a way to undo quality on item would be great, some recipe that lets you knock quality all the way to base.

I think there should be a way to force usage of higher quality items in low quality recepies. I ended upwith 50k uncommon gears on fulgora and with gears shortage at the same time.

Or this, I am hoping that if this wont be in the game, that at least someone will make a mod that allows this. I do not mind I will be technically loosing higher quality item as long as I can actually use it at all
