[2.0.x][UX] Highlight other logistics requests for the same item on mouseover

TL;DR

Highlight other logistics requests for the same item when hovering one of them with mouse cursor.

Other request for the same item can now be added in a different logistic group. From what I experienced, the higher <upperLimit/lowerLimit> correspondingly overrides the <upperLimit/lowerLimit> This is fine, but having multiple requests of the same limit might go unnoticed when adjusting limits in different groups.
Adding a highlight effect on <mouseover logistic-request for item x> for not only items <x> in inventory, but also other requests of the same item <x> would improve the legibility.

Why ?

WHY do you think it increases the value of Factorio as a game?
I just spent 15 minutes frantically debugging my whole logistic setup before i noticed those multiple requests for liquid rocket fuel, and I bet I'm not the only one
