Technically, setting SpiderVehiclePrototype.html::torso_bob_speed to 0 should stop the wobbling. That's what DMV - Directional Movement Vehicles does with the car-prototypes it converts to spider-vehicles. The wobble isn't really programmed in, and it might be tricky to remove it in a way that looks good and doesn't alter the movement of the spidertron too much.
