Play a dumping animation/SFX when flushing a fluid tank or pipe system

Factorio is all about wrecking the environment, right? And what better way to wreck the environment than to empty all of your unwanted industrial liquids into it!
With the addition of the flush fluid system options in 0.18, it would make sense for there to be some kind of an animation and sound effect when I throw 25,000L of crude oil out of a tank and onto the ground. Both in the "lore" sense, since we aren't exactly being environmentally conscious here- and in game sense, as it gives you a better feel of "oh I just dumped all this oil on the ground" instead of just seeing the color disappear from the tank window with little other feedback that you did something.
