Copy/Paste + Upgrade Planner - should paste the planned upgrade

I have a small yellow-belted green-circuit factory. I am upgrading to red belts, and expanding with more assemblers. There are yellow circles over the yellow belts to mark the upgrade to red belts. I copy/paste to create more assemblers, but it copies the yellow belt instead of the red belts that I want to place.

Ctrl-C should copy the planned upgrade when possible.
