Paste to Logistics Storage Chest filter

TL;DR

Shift+Right-Click on a factory to copy setting, then Shift+Left click on a storage chest to set the output as the chest filter

What ?

After copying a factory setting the player should be able to paste the setting into the storage chests the same way that they are able to paste recipe requirements into a requester chest.

Why ?

1) Extend copy+paste functionality of requester/buffer chests to the storage chest so that it is just as easy to set up.

2) Allows the player to more easily set up a specific type of logistics chest flow; example: instead of yellow belts being dumped into a passive provider, the player can use a storage chest so that if they were to use the logistics trash, the the bots would bring yellow belts back to this specific chest. The player can pull directly from this filtered storage chest into the fast belt assembler.

3) Saves on a lot of repetitive clicking
