[0.15] blueprint upgrading in library and show differences

Allow putting a blueprint or book on an existing blueprint/book with the same name and ask if the user wants to update it.

Also add a GUI icon (eg a green or red square or line at the top of the blueprint and book) to show if the blueprint has changed from the book/blueprint in the library with the same name.
