Stop the collapse queue button from moving around

If you have a long queue of items you're building from your inventory and have the queue expanded it can be very difficult to shrink the queue again as the collapse button is constantly moving along like it's the last item to be built. If you've queued a large assortment of fast-building items (common in the early game, at least for me) it can be nearly impossible to hit the collapse button without accidentally cancelling something you've got queued. Could the collapse button be locked in the same position at the right end of the bottom row that the expand queue button appears in?
