Energy GUI improvements

I try to think how make Electric network info more readable-useful. Now we have this:

Classic solar-accumulator system with more than enough solar panels. When accumulators all charged we see energy usage about 10% of maximum, because production meter contains all accumulators. Anybody really interested in use about 700 MW peak power for like 30 seconds?

First proposal - remove accumulators from production meter, because they actually not produce energy.

Second proposal - change output one time per 5 seconds, because constantly changing numbers hard to read. And of course show average numbers per 5 seconds.

Third proposal - not remove generators from production section when they not produce energy. And show theoretical output too, not only actual one. It help to understand, can my factory works only on steam generators or only on solar panels.

Of course there is more things to improve, but i can't figure how make this interface great without fully reinvent it.
