Choose what settings & saves sync to steam cloud

Switching between windows & linux breaks keybindings because they're synced to the steam butt even though they're incompatible between systems. Since you've said this is not being fixed then you should allow us to disable syncing of key bindings. For that matter, every settings page should have a toggle of whether to sync, imo.

We should also be able to choose which save games are synced to my butt. I like saving my world with a different name at various checkpoints and I quickly ran into the 1GB limit for Factorio.
