TL;DR Voting based research option to best embrace the hive mind in a large multiplayer sessions.
After watching Arumba's recent "Factorio Swarm" with 159 players, sometimes research is a pain when people keep changing it and losing all progression. Although persistent research may fix the problem, a better solution is leaving it up for the people to decide! Another option is to only let the host decide but there's no fun in that. Some sort of combined system may be better in which everyone can see the vote but in the end the host has the ultimate say. However, I feel you must embrace the swarm in this scenario and go with the collective decision.

Kudos to the devs for making a game that can handle that sort of hammering.
Better forum search for modders: Enclose your search term in quotes, eg. "font_color" or "custom-input" - it prevents the forum search from splitting on hypens and underscores, resulting in much more accurate results.

This is amazing.
There can be learned so much from this video and I saw immediately some stuff, that can be improved, a must-be-seen for the devs.
And something to mention for the FFF.

Cool suggestion: Eatable MOUSE-pointers.
