Short: Allow a friendly way to deal with natives

Long: Its same as every time: Go there, take what you want and kill all how stands in your way. But as the Film Avatar show: sometimes its better to be friendly to the natives... somehow.

Suggestions: By using Fish as a surce of good will, the natives stopp starting attacks und may change there Living-Place.

May need Fishfarms as new "Fabs" and Feeding-Places
