Swapping between roboport types for construction

You could fix situations when you want to use a personal roboport to do something or only your logistics network to do by making it so pressing ctrl while holding a blueprint/deconstruction planner will switch between personal roboports vs the networks bots. Alternatively you could tap ctrl to swap between default(as it is now) personal(only personal roboports), or network(networked bots only.
