[0.13] Stop "Research Completed" flashing forever

Any chance this could be stopped from flashing forever? Maybe just flash a few times then stop flashing (but stay highlighted)?
It's really annoying for that thing to keep flashing when I'm trying to work on other stuff.
Yes I know TT will stop the flashing, it's still an interruption to workflow though.
