Static "latest" headless download link
Do you guys have any plans on implementing a static link to the current "latest" build for the headless package?
currently /get-download/0.12.29/headless/linux64 is dynamic
wheras /get-download/latest/headless/linux64
and /get-download/latest/experimental/headless/linux64
would allow for a more convenient way to script the download and install of headless servers

As a linux engineer and IT automation guru, I would like to +1 million this idea.
Re: Static "latest" headless download link
Recently I had a problem with the updater script made by user Narc (and init script by Bisa) in which there was only one update available (from 0.12.28 to 0.12.29), so my 0.12.26 could not be updated that way. I had to manually update the software.
Having that type of url would be awesome

This is a good idea. Very useful if you're running a server!

+1 from me for this, would be very nice for the init script from bisa!

+1 again here !
Re: Static "latest" headless download link
More or less simple change in build-script, big gain of usability.
+1, ASAP.

Re: Static "latest" headless download link
hmm, I was debating with myself if this would fit more properly in a "web site suggestions" rather than for the game itself since its not really game design related :p

Re: Static "latest" headless download link
From what I can tell, downloads the experimental release if available. I haven't been able to find a way to download the latest stable release. Does one exist?
