Green / red wires don't recycle

When I am removing my Smart items, I notice that my gren / red wires don't go back in stock like everything else does. I end up having to produce more since these wires don't get recycled like everything else.

Is this a known issue?

You also get them for free if you have construction bots build them.

Yes, this is a known issue, you just have to create new wires. Their number and price is also not big enough to make this issue priority. I understand it as rational simplificaiton.
