[BUG] Inserter graphical bug

I recently found a graphical bug with inserters, where the arm is in front of the player no matter what.

Arm of the inserter has to be in higher layer than object, so it can hover over machines. Therefore it will be always rendered on top of player sprite.
Won't fix, I am sorry.
