glitch in campaign

I have to go to compilatron as the objective and I stand beside him and it says 'engineer required... Waiting'

I suspect this may be related to 77763 but it is not important since we removed the introduction campaign (NPE) and are not planning to maintain it. New tutorial campaign available in experimental does not contain compilatron.
