[0.18.30] Shared blueprints filtered list

What I was doing:
I was playing on multiplayer server, viewing someones Blueprints list.

What Happened:
Current filtered Blueprints list changed to another players one when other player disconnected.

Expected:
After player leaving the server the current Blueprints list will stay the same.

Steps:
1. Join the server with people who has Blueprints.
2. Click on the Blueprint Library button.
3. Filter the Blueprints by the name of any player.
4. Wait for someone (not the player whose list you are watching) to exit the server.
5. The Blueprints filtered list will change to another players list.

Moving to Won't fix since blueprint library was changed and there is no way to view shelfs of other players
