[0.17.66] UI bug

How to reproduce:
1. Enter windowed mode.
2. Resize the window until it's small enough, and change the UI scale to custom (increase custom UI scale if needed)
3a. Go to Play>Multiplayer>Browse public games/Play on LAN.
3b. Load any save file, and then open the inventory.
4. Move the inventory/browse games window to the left.
Note: It also works on the blueprint library, production statistics, etc.

Thanks for the detailed bug report,

However we say the minimum supported resolution is 1920x1080,
So we aren't going to fix bugs with lower resolutions, especially with a different aspect ratio

...but the game allows switching to windowed mode, so surely folks will run into 'odd' aspect ratios as well as potentially resolutions smaller than 1080P, would they not?

Yea, and it is just not feasible to be able to handle an infinite combination of width, height, and UI scale,
So we say the 'minimum' configuration, or the 'expected' configuration is 16:9 at 1080p, 100% UI scale,

Anything 'weirder' than this we have to unfortunately say is not worth fixing
